Budholes ("we," "us") is a golf app for friend groups, operated by Milk&Sugar LLC. By using Budholes you agree to these terms. Plain English, no tricks.
Budholes keeps score. Side games (Skins, Wolf, Nassau, and the rest) are tracked in points. Points are not currency, we don't set their value, and we don't pay anything out.
Budholes is not a gambling service, sportsbook, casino, money transmitter, or payment processor. We do not accept wagers, hold stakes, escrow funds, or take a rake.
Settle-up is a calculator. When a round ends we tally the points your group agreed on and show who owes who. If you choose to square up, Budholes hands off to your own payment app (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal) with the amount prefilled — you confirm and send it yourself, friend to friend.
Paid features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings — deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.
Purchases are subject to Apple's Standard EULA. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
Scores, rounds, ghosts, notes, and photos you add are yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the app works for you and the buds you share them with. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to, and don't post anything abusive, harassing, or illegal.
Don't use Budholes to run a betting operation, to take a cut of other people's money, to impersonate someone, to scrape or attack the service, or to get around these terms. We can suspend or close accounts that do.
Distances, maps, and course details are estimates provided for convenience. Don't rely on them for anything that matters beyond club selection, and keep your eyes up — you're responsible for your own safety on the course.
You can stop using Budholes and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we stop offering the service.
Budholes is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Milk&Sugar LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, for money you agreed to pay or receive from another person, or for losses beyond the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Budholes after that means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
